Valley employees value a friendly, family-like atmosphere where both individual accomplishments and team work are recognized and rewarded. They enjoy the camaraderie of working with their colleagues and knowing that their efforts are not overlooked.

We at Valley Health System appreciate the many ways our employees go the extra mile for their patients. We know that balancing work, home, family, and community responsibilities can be difficult. That’s why we consistently recognize those who have made a commitment to our organization and our patients by offering some little “extras” that can make their lives run more smoothly.

The Annual Service Award Celebration is for all Valley Health System employees and includes recognition at the Annual Service Award Dinner every five years. In addition, employees that reach ten years of service and above are also honored with a gift, of choice, from a variety of vendors.

Employee Appreciation Week is celebrated with a week of events for employees. Each employee is invited to have lunch served by the executive staff.

Holiday Receptions are a time for employees of The Valley Hospital and Valley Home Care to celebrate the season and receive a gift. Valley Medical Group hosts its own holiday party.

Key to Excellence Certificates are regularly awarded to employees who have gone above and beyond their job responsibilities.
